- 3 Consecutive payslips
- Salary Certificate
- Self Employed – 2 years audited accounts and written confirmation that all taxes are up to date
- Existing mortgage statement – 12 months
- Loan statements – 12 months
- Divorce/Separation agreement
- Confirmation of source of deposit or evidence of savings record
- Current account bank statements – 6 months
- Credit card statement – 6 months
- Identification by way of passport or drivers licence
- Verification of existing address by means of current utility bill
